Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1. age 20 to 90 2. off-pump minimally invasive direct coronary artery bypass graft surgery under general anesthesia (including emergency case) 3. intraoperative monitoring of mixed venous oxygen saturation, peripheral oxygen saturation, and cardiac output 4. planned one lung ventilation

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1. planned or high probability of the use of mechanical circulatory support 2. moderate or greater degree of tricuspid valve regurgitation 3. intra-cardiac shunt
