Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1. Participants who voluntarily agreed to participate in the study and signed an informed consent form that received IRB approval, after full explanation of the characteristics of this study during their visit to Department of Family Medicine 2. Participants aged 20 years or older at the time of signing the consent form 3. Participants who experienced insomnia for more than 3 months, at least 3 days a week, even in an environment conducive to sufficient sleep, causing functional impairment 4. Those who understand and can communicate in Korean. 5. Those who will not participate in any other intervention studies (such as medication, dietary, or exercise intervention) during the research period and can complete the study 6. Those who have no restrictions on physical activity participation during the research period.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1. Individuals diagnosed with sleep disorders other than insomnia disorder, as defined in the DSM-5 (e.g., hypersomnia disorder, narcolepsy, breathing-related sleep disorders, circadian rhythm sleep-wake disorders, parasomnias). 2. Individuals requiring hospitalization due to uncontrolled medical conditions. 3. Individuals who, in the judgment of the researchers, have physical or mental impairments that make it difficult to wear actigraphy devices. 4. Individuals who lack the capacity to make informed decisions about their participation in the study (e.g., individuals with dementia or significant psychiatric symptoms). 5. Individuals who have attempted suicide within the past 3 months and have been identified as high-risk for suicide by a mental health specialist. 6. Individuals who have started or are currently undergoing cognitive-behavioral therapy or psychotherapy within the past 3 months.
