Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: ? Patient scheduled for elective surgery in the operating room E Rosette at Asan Medical Center ? Patients undergoing major abdominal surgery (aorta, pancreas, stomach, colon, etc.) openly ? Patients scheduled for invasive blood pressure monitoring for medical purposes ? Adult patients over 20 years of age

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: ? Clinically significant arrhythmias (e.g., atrial fibrillation) that may affect stroke volume calculation ? Patients with peripheral vascular disease ? Patients scheduled for laparoscopic surgery ? Those who are judged unsuitable by the researcher
