Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: - A person who agreed to participate in this study and voluntarily signed a written consent form - Adults between the ages of 19 and 39 (including both male and female) - endurance athlete - National biathlon and cross-country skiing athlete

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: - An athlete who is unable to train normally due to an injury. - Athletes who cannot perform the training program normally due to participation in international competitions. - who did not consent to the study.
