Medical Device : A block random background is used to keep the number of subjects similar between groups, and Assign a number and use the Random Integer Number Generator, a random assignment computer

Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: -Those who have been prescribed and MRI scan in advance for diagnostic purposes through outpatient treatment -A person who can communicate and decipher the Korean language -Those who have no objection to the application of VR and have no hearing or visual impairment

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: -A person who is prescribed an MRI scan while being hospitalized and receiving treatment -A person who has been diagnosed with a psychiatric condition by a doctor and is currently undergoing drug treatment -Persons with cognitive defects such as dementia or confusion -Those who have not completed an MRI examination before
