Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 45 obese middle-aged women aged 30 to 50 living in S city with a body fat rate of 30% or higher

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: Persons with orthopedic and medical diseases within the last year. A person who has exercised within six months. A person who has an interest with a research manager and a co-researcher
