Interventions

Others(diet) : Treatment is duration of low-residue diet. The control group underwent the conventional three-day regimen, while the experimental group underwent a one-day regimen.

Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1) Individuals who understand the purpose of this study and have agreed to participate in this study. 2) Adults over the age of 19 who visit the endoscopy room of B University Hospital Digestive Cancer Center located in A city to undergo colonoscopy. 3) Individuals who are able to communicate and can sufficiently answer questionnaire questions without visual, auditory, or cognitive impairments.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1) Individuals with congestive heart failure, acute liver failure, end-stage kidney disease (on or pre-dialysis) 2) Pregnant or breastfeeding individuals 3) Individuals with a history of inappropriate bowel preparation 4) Individuals with significant medical or psychiatric illnesses requiring specialized treatment.
