Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: - Cancer survivors within 5 years of termination of active treatment (surgery, standard chemotherapy, radiation therapy) - Patients with an NRS (Numeric Rating Scale) fatigue score of more than 3 out of 10

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: - Cancer survivors with cognitive impairments or those who are unable to understand instructions - Cancer survivors with musculoskeletal or neurological injury - Cancer survivors who are unable to participate in the program - Cancer survivors who have a limited pulmonary function or unstable cardiovascular condition
