Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: - 41-80-year-old adult - Patients with suspected cognitive impairment, such as subjective cognitive impairment, mild cognitive impairment, Alzheimer's disease, and other degenerative brain diseases, and requested an amyloid PET test - A person who has signed and sealed a prior consent form in accordance with the relevant statutes or his/her representative;

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: - Patients who are unable to stably perform PET/CT imaging due to lack of cooperation, such as claustrophobia, motor dysfunction, anxiety disorder, seizures,etc. - Subjects are accompanied by severe and/or unregulated and/or unstable medical conditions (e.g., congestive heart failure, acute myocardial infarction, severe lung disease, chronic kidney disease, or chronic liver disease) at the discretion of the tester. - Where it is judged by the tester that it will be impossible for the subject to complete data collection for clinical trials due to personal circumstances or other reasons; - a pregnant or lactating woman

Design outcomes

Primary

MeasureTime frame
Consensus rate of visual/quantitative determination of amyloid positive/negative of virtual amyloid images generated using artificial intelligence in early dynamic images and actually obtained delayed amyloid PET images

Secondary

MeasureTime frame
Correlation between virtual amyloid images generated using artificial intelligence in early dynamic images, virtual brain metabolic images, and local brain region intake ratio (SUVR) measured from actual obtained delayed amyloid PET and FDG PET images.
