Inclusion criteria
Inclusion criteria: - 41-80-year-old adult - Patients with suspected cognitive impairment, such as subjective cognitive impairment, mild cognitive impairment, Alzheimer's disease, and other degenerative brain diseases, and requested an amyloid PET test - A person who has signed and sealed a prior consent form in accordance with the relevant statutes or his/her representative;
Exclusion criteria
Exclusion criteria: - Patients who are unable to stably perform PET/CT imaging due to lack of cooperation, such as claustrophobia, motor dysfunction, anxiety disorder, seizures,etc. - Subjects are accompanied by severe and/or unregulated and/or unstable medical conditions (e.g., congestive heart failure, acute myocardial infarction, severe lung disease, chronic kidney disease, or chronic liver disease) at the discretion of the tester. - Where it is judged by the tester that it will be impossible for the subject to complete data collection for clinical trials due to personal circumstances or other reasons; - a pregnant or lactating woman
