Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: a study subject over the age of 20 Subjects who are scheduled to undergo elective nephrectomy for living donor renal translation under general anesthesia Study subjects who belong to the ASA Physical Status Classification System 1 or 2 Study subjects weighing 50 kg or more Subjects who voluntarily agreed to participate in this clinical study in writing

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: Study subjects with hemoglobin less than 9 g/dl Study subjects with an estimated glomerular filtration rate (estimated GFR) of less than 60 ml/min Study subjects who have been transfused more than 450 ml of blood within 60 days of screening Acute diseases (e.g., diarrhea, acute digestive diseases) that can cause dehydration within 3 days Other research subjects deemed inappropriate by researchers (e.g., when more than 500cc of bleeding occurs during surgery, and the measurement results cannot meet the study goal)
