Inclusion criteria: Primary colorectal cancer Patients who agreed to participate in this study and signed the consent form Patients aged 20 years or older

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: Patients requiring emergency surgery due to intestinal obstruction, perforation, etc. Patients who have already undergone stoma surgery Patients taking antibiotics for a long time pregnant woman
