Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: The criteria for selecting participants are musculoskeletal pain patients aged 19 or older who have been suffering for more than 3 months and are maintaining medical treatment for pain management, and the pain over the past month is 2 points or more, which is more than mild pain on the number rating scale (1-10 points).

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: Patients with cancer pain are excluded from this study. In addition, those who are receiving or have received psychological treatment related to chronic pain, and those who lack language expression to the extent that it is difficult to familiarize themselves with the contents of the program will be excluded.
