Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: Adult men and women aged 19 years or older who underwent ureteroscopic lithotripsy

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: - bladder outflow obstruction and overactive bladder ( frequency > 3 time / night , 8 time / 24hr ) - epilepsy , myocardial infarction , arrhythmia , heart failure - renal and hepatic disease, current use of monoamine oxidase inhibitor - Hx of drugs , alcohol abuse , angle-closure glaucoma - morbid obesity - hx of chronic pain, and a history of psychiatric condition
