Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1. age over 18 2. acute dizziness 3. vomiting, gait unsteadiness 4. head motion intolerance 5. without nystagmus 6. patient who agree with this research

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1. Patients who have communication disorders from mental deterioration and other causes so they can’t take dizziness tests or surveys. 2. From researcher’s decision patient who has serious disease (liver disease, kidney disease, malignant tumor, etc) 3. Patient who denied to participate the research 4. Pregnant patient 5. With other reasons researcher thinks patient can’t participate
