Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: - Those diagnosed with shoulder impingement syndrome by a doctor between the ages of 20 and 40 - Those who have tested positive for 2 or more of the 3 special tests for shoulder impingement syndrome (Neer, Hawkins, Apprehension) - A person who understands and agrees to the purpose of the study

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: - A person whose range of motion in flexion / abduction is less than 170 degrees - Those who have had previous shoulder surgery or severe trauma - Acute inflammatory conditions of the shoulder (less than 1 week) - Those with neurologic signs - Those who are unable to comply with treatment and follow-up schedules
