Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: The adult patients who are admitted to SICU2 of SNUH with sinus cardiac rhythm.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: A patient who does not require high-dose vasopressors (NE >4mcg/min), with history of heart transplantation, pace maker insertion, use of drugs with influence to sinus rhythm, respiratory rate under 10 per minute, who cannot decide autonomically due to decreased of mentality, or terminal is among the study population.
