Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1. American society of anesthesiologist(ASA) class 1-2, 19-75years, who do not have a special systemic disease, who undergo gallbladder resection with laparoscopy, 30 patients 2. American society of anesthesiologist(ASA) class 1-2, 19-75years, who have only diabetes who undergo gallbladder resection with laparoscopy, 30 patients

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: ? Patients who expect difficult airway ? Lung, pleural diseases ? Upper respiratory tract infection ? Patients with hemodynamic instability ? Patients with elevated cerebral pressure ? Patients whose preoperative examination shows that the electrocardiogram is not normal sinus rhythm ? Unstable angina, left ventricular ejection fraction < 40% ? Serious vascular disease ? Cerebrovascular stenosis
