Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: Patients aged 18~70 years undergoing laparoscopic gastrectomy for gastric cancer under general anesthesia

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: : American Society of Anesthesiologists (ASA) physical status 3 or > 3 : pateients taking cardiovascular drugs during preoperative 24 hours : patients with diseases or conditions known to affect pulse oximeter accuracy (e.g., sickle cell disease, methemoglobinemia, carboxyhemoglobinemia : patients with known peripheral vascular disease such as Raynauld disease
