Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: Disaster relief workers who agreed to participate in the simulation training program offered in this study and were not restricted by department or specialty.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: - Those who have been diagnosed with acute disease and are receiving treatment. - Those who are unable to communicate verbally.
