Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1) 65 years old or older. 2) Diagnosed with type 2 diabetes. 3) Undergoing oral hypoglycemic agents or insulin treatment. 4) Who is conscious and able to fill out a consent form and questionnaire. 5) Sleep quality (PSQI) score greater than 5 points.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1) Those who are currently taking sleeping pills. 2) Those with mental illness (depression, anxiety disorder). 3) Those with ear lesions or tape allergies. 4) Those who are currently receiving other complementary alternative therapies.
