Inclusion criteria: -Healthy adults between the ages of 19 and 70 -Those diagnosed with carpal tunnel syndrome between the ages of 19 and 70 - Those who sign the consent form and voluntarily participate in the experiment

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: -Those with nervous system diseases -Those with severe communication difficulties -Those with orthopedic diseases in the upper extremities other than carpal tunnel syndrome
