Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: Blood cancer survivors who visiting hospital after receiving final consolidation therapy, maintenance therapy, or bone marrow transplantation. Adolescents and young adults (14-20 years) Subject who voluntarily agreed to participate in the study

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: Adolescents and young adults with poor cognitive ability or difficulty in communication due to complications.
