Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: Among the teams participating in the study, the participant inclusion criterion was set as a female high school fencer who had no lower extremity injury based on the examination and participated in training 5 days a week, who wanted to voluntarily participate.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: participant had undergone lower extremity surgery within the past 6 months will exclude from the study.
