Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: Patients aged 65 and over who are scheduled to undergo surgery under general anesthesia. Factors of 15 points or higher on MMSE (Simple Mental Condition Test (MMSE)

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: - In the case of grades IV and V of the American Society of Anesthesiologist (ASA) physical status classification system designated by the American Association of Anesthesiologists - If normal evaluation is difficult due to language barrier/linguistic disorder/retardation, autism disorder, dementia, etc. - If communication is difficult due to visual/hearing impairment, etc. - If you have recently been administered psychiatric drugs or sleep aids - If you have a history of anesthesia and surgery within one month
