Inclusion criteria
Inclusion criteria: – Having children currently attending elementary school – Depression Health Questionnaire-9 (PHQ-9) scores of = 4 or =19 – Voluntarily signing of the consent form for clinical research – Willingness to cooperate during the research period and comply with restrictions
Exclusion criteria
Exclusion criteria: – Mental illness and difficulty in communication – Difficulty in communication due to being unconscious or critically ill patients – Conditions related to mental health requiring medications – Pregnancy – Participation in other clinical trials – Conditions that may affect the evaluation of this study according to the researcher's judgment for reasons other than those listed above
