Inclusion criteria
Inclusion criteria: (a) adults 18 years of age or older (b) persons who received a disability grade of visual impairment (c) those who had been diagnosed with diabetes by a doctor for more than 6 months.
Exclusion criteria
Exclusion criteria: (a) people with psychiatric disorders that could affect their ability to participate in the study. (b) persons who refused to participate in the study
