Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: Prior screening is conducted using PAR-Q+, and applicants who have passed PAR-Q+ are selected.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: Subjects with skeletal muscle abnormalities and those who plan to start new exercise within the study period will be excluded.
