Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: - more than 50 years old, no sex preference - carotid stenosis more than 50-70% - underwent carotid endarterectomy - evaluated with pre and post-operative CT scan - constructed carotid STL files from CT scan images - prepared boundary condition successfully - followed-up for survival, stenosis, obstruction description

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: - preoperative carotid complete total occlusion or closed against postoperative carotid overflow - postoperative severe complication and/or death - no data of CT scan or clinical information pre and/or post-operatively - failed carotid STL reconstruction - failed preparation of boundary condition - follow-up loss
