Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1) A person with more than 3 years of experience as a soccer player 2) A person who has continuously attended soccer training for 6 months 3) A person who has not had a musculoskeletal disorder within 6 months 4) A person who has not had lower extremity surgery within 2 years 5) Recently Those who have not participated in structured resistance training for 1 year.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1) Those who attended 80% or less during the 8-week exercise period 2) Those who showed an intention to give up participating during the exercise.
