Inclusion criteria
Inclusion criteria: 1. BCS of stage I to IIIA breast cancer with no evidence of recurrence and participants 2. between 40-60 years of age 3. subjects had no RE experience within 1 year
Exclusion criteria
Exclusion criteria: 1. Breast cancer survivors without musculoskeletal disease 2. Breast cancer survivors without cardiovascular disease
