Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: Patients aged 65 or older undergoing arthroscopic shoulder surgery at Konkuk University Hospital

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1) Emergecy surgery, 2) concurrent surgical procedures, 3) brachial plexus block for postoperative pain management, 4) pre-existing respiratory disease or conditions
