Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: Healthy adult male, 30 years of age or older, willing to participate in this study

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: Subjects unable to undergo transrectal ultrasound due to anal obstruction (e.g., colon cancer surgery) Subjects who are unable to tolerate pain when inserting the ultrasound probe due to anal narrowing Subjects with a recent history of prostatitis or transurethral prostatectomy
