Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: ¦ Diagnosed with prostate cancer during organizational examination. ¦ Scheduled for radical prostatectomy. ¦ Prior to the surgery, prostate MRI imaging will be performed with standard protocol (1.5T or 3T).;;;;

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: ¦ Patients who have undergone non-standard field strength prostate MRI or have not undergone prostate MRI. ¦ Patients with a history of local prostate therapy (e.g. transurethral resection of the prostate, high-intensity focused ultrasound, cryotherapy, high-frequency heat therapy, irreversible electroporation, etc.). ¦ Patients with a history of non-surgical systemic therapy (e.g. hormone therapy, radiation therapy, chemotherapy, etc.). ¦ Patients who have decided not to undergo radical prostatectomy.

Design outcomes

Primary

MeasureTime frame
Location of lesion, PIRADS score, lesion size, and correlation with pathological findings on pre- and post-operative MRI.

Secondary

MeasureTime frame
The presence of extraprostatic extension of the lesion on preoperative and postoperative MRI. The presence of tumor invasion in surgical margins on postoperative MRI.
