Behavioral : All participants in this study will be 52 dementia patients, regardless of cognitive training status, and will be randomly assigned to either the Exergame group or the stationary bike gro
30 minutes a day, 3 days a week, for 2-3 weeks
35 minutes a day, 3 days a week, for 4 weeks
40 minutes a day, 3 days a week, for 5 weeks
45 minutes a day, 3 days a week, for 6 weeks

Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: The subjects will be 52 elderly individuals with dementia aged 60 or older and classified as level 4-5 on the long-term care insurance scale, who have mild to moderate dementia with scores of 15-23 on the Korean version of the Mini Mental State Examination (MMSE-K), regardless of whether they received cognitive training or not. In addition, they must not have engaged in regular exercise in the past six months and should have no visual or hearing impairments.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: Participants who have physical impairments that make exercise impossible and those who experience discomfort from electrode attachment during EEG testing or have sensitive skin will be excluded from the study.
