Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: -Older women who are aged 65 years and older -Older women who are identified as pre-frail using the Korean version of the FRAIL scale

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: -Older women who are identified as robust and frail using the Korean version of the FRAIL scale -Older women who are identified as having mild cognitive impairment using the Korean version of Mini-Cog test -Older women who currently participate in other health promotion programs or plan to participate in these programs
