Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: CSW: over 2 early symptom CWBSD: over 2 early symptom GBH: over BMI 18.5 Permented Garlic : over SBP 130mmHg

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1. pucnture in radial area 2. People who leave their wrists badly 3. Those who find it difficult to maintain the measurement posture due to a fracture in the wrist area 4. Those with structural valve abnormalities 5. A person who has an artificial heart, artificial valve, or pacemaker 6. Dialysis patients 7. Rectangular veins 8. If the pulse is not measured by the research device 9. Pregnant and lactating women 10. Insufficient 40 beats 11. Exceeding 183 beats 12. Participate in other clinical studies within 1 month (30 days) before the start of the clinical study 13. In case other principal investigators or researchers claim that it is inappropriate
