Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: ?Patients were included if they were (1) aged <18 years and (2) were planned to have upper or lower extremity orthopaedic surgery.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: ?Patients were excluded if the expected tourniquet time was more than 2 hours, had poor skin conditions, were undergoing hip joint or shoulder surgery, had unstable limb fractures, or had musculoskeletal infections.
