Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1. Patients who were scheduled for elective surgery under general anaesthesia 2. Patient who with American Society of Anesthesiologists grades I-III 3. Patients with aged 20-75 year 4. Patients who voluntarily agreed to be enrolled to the clinical research and signed written informed consent

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1. Patients who has cardiovascular disease (arrthymia, ischemic heart disease, myocardical infarction, heart failure) 2. Patients who has neurovascular disease 3. Patients who has a history of drug use that could affect the central nervous system 4. Patients who has a history of adverse reactions to anesthetic agents 5. Pregnant female, or female who breast-feeds her baby 6. Other in-appropriative patients under the researcher's decision.

sedation level score using Modified Observer’s Assessment of Alertness/Sedation (MOAA/S); (1== does not respond to mild prodding or shaking; 2 = responds only after mild prodding or shaking; 3 = responds only after name is called loudly or repeatedly; 4 = lethargic response to name spoken in normal tone; 5 = responds readily to name spoken in normal tone)
