Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: ? a stroke patient over the age of 19 ? A person who falls under "when a task cannot be performed" to "when minimum help or monitoring is required" in the personal hygiene category of the Korean version of the Modified Barthel Index (K-MBI) to confirm his/her ability to perform daily life

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: ? a person with full dentures ? a honey allergy ? a person diagnosed with diabetes
