Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1. Patients who understood the purpose and method of this study and agreed to participate in the study, 2. Patients diagnosed with uterine leiomyoma or adenomyosis regardless of the size of the benign tumor; 3. The patient is capable of verbal and non-verbal communication

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1. Foreign patients who have difficulty reading and understanding Korean; 2. Foreign patients who have difficulty watching and understanding videos in Korean
