Procedure/Surgery : ? In a patient undergoing surgery for ulnar tunnel syndrome, the previously known ulnar tunnel transfer and anterior interosseous nerve transfer will be performed at the same time.

Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: ? Patients with neurological paralysis of the ulnar nerve due to ulnar tunnel syndrome among orthopedic outpatients.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: ? Exclusion Criteria: Children under the age of 19, those whose ulnar nerve palsy cannot be evaluated, those with a history of previous ulnar nerve trauma, and patients with acute infections.
