Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1. Patients who successfully received a drug-eluting stent after diagnosis of acute coronary syndrome 2. Patients who voluntarily participated in this study and gave written consent

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1. Age less than 19 years 2. Contraindications to prasugrel or ticagrelor: history of intracranial hemorrhage, active bleeding, etc. 3. Subjects whose life expectancy is less than 1 year 4. Subjects who are judged unsuitable by investigators
