Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: - Those who do not have diseases or symptoms related to the spine, trunk, or lower extremities - Those who have no history of surgery or fractures - Those who do not have range of motion limitation or back pain - Those who do not have pain that limits lumbo-pelvic mobility - General people who have not had back pain or back disease within the last 3 months and are physically healthy

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: - Excludes those who have undergone surgery due to spondylolisthesis and herniated discs - Joint dislocation, fracture, structural deformity, severe pain, neurological symptoms, medical condition within the last 1 year - Excludes people with a history of surgery - Excludes those who have undergone other rehabilitation or interventions at the beginning of the experiment.

Since discomfort may occur during trunk muscle contraction and muscle measurement, the intervention is indicated to the subject of precautions before the intervention and the intervention is discontinued if the subject complains of pain or discomfort during the intervention.
