Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: Among trauma patients who have been treated at the hospital from January 2023 to December 2025, patients who were transfused with 5 or more packs of red blood cells within 4 hours or 10 packs or more of red blood cells within 24 hours

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: Those who meet the selection criteria but are not transfused due to massive bleeding (minors, pregnant women, fetuses, those who are concerned as social stigma, those who are confined to group facilities)
