Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1. Diagnosed as adenoma or early gastric cancer and meets the indications for endoscopic resection 2. Where he/she voluntarily signed a written informed consent form after hearing an explanation of the purpose, method, effect, etc. of the study

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1. Women of childbearing potential who are unable to use adequate contraception or are pregnant or lactating 2. Past history of gastrectomy 3. When endoscopic resection cannot be safely performed due to hemorrhagic disease or coagulation disorder 4. When the investigator determines that endoscopic resection is impossible 5. Who do not understand the purpose of the study or do not consent to the examination
