Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1) Forward head posture (CVA <48°). 2) A stroke diagnosis from a doctor. 3) An interval of 6 months to 2 years after stroke onset. 4) The ability to communicate with a score of 24 or higher on the Mini-Mental State Examination-Korean version. 5) The ability to walk 10 m independently without assistive devices.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1) No orthopedic disease in the pelvis and both lower extremities. 2) No neglect. 3) No vestibular sensory problems. 4) No neck pain due to trauma, auditory and visual impairment, or other diseases that could affect the experiment.
