Inclusion criteria
Inclusion criteria: Patients aged 65 years or older who are scheduled for orthopedic lower extremity surgery under spinal anesthesia
Exclusion criteria
Exclusion criteria: American Society of Anesthesiologist Physical status classification IV or higher, Contraindication of spinal anesthesia, arrhythmia, pacemaker implantation, angiotensin-converting enzyme inhibitor or angiotensin-2 receptor blocker, patients with preoperative hypovolemia, preoperative hypotension (mean arterial pressure less than 65 mmHg), patients using vasopressors, patients undergoing dialysis, patients with autonomic nervous system disease, patients whose quadriceps muscle thickness cannot be measured.
