Drug : (1) The test group and control group are randomly assigned during surgery in a 1:1 ratio. (2) Surgery and Randomization Needle grasper Assisted Single Incision Laparoscopic Appendectomy is perf
0 = none, 1 = mild, 2 = moderate, 3 = severe, and 4 = worst nausea imaginable) is performed, and if nausea with a score of 2 or more persists, 10mg of Metoclopramide is injected. If symptoms persist,

Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: Patients who are diagnosed with acute appendicitis by clinical (pathology, physical examination or CT or ultrasound) and require surgery. 19 years of age or older.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: Appendicitis with perforation (Cases with clear perforation findings such as abscess around the appendix on CT) Cases in which laparoscopic surgery is considered difficult due to a history of lower abdominal surgery. pregnant woman
