Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1. Patients scheduled for thyroid surgery in Seoul St. Mary's hospital 2. Adults (age more than 19 years old and less than 70 years old) 3. American Society of Anesthesiologists grade 1 or 2

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1) Disagreement to participate in this study 2) Emergency case 3) Patients who are contraindicated with acetaminophen or ibuprofen 4) Hemodynamic instability during surgery
