Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: The below 3 conditions must be met simultaneously. 1. Patient who can voluntarily consent to this study. 2. Patient who tested endoscopic biopsy and DPO-PCR during his/her EGD 3. Patient who aged between 19 and 75 year old.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: If a subject is vulnerable due to his/her position as an employee of Incheon St.Mary's hospital or a medical student of the Catholic University of Korea.
